A forum has been made. Will be tweaks to make but it is a forum that does forum things.
Not expecting much use out of it. Was made mostly to make it and learn from it.

News have changed from static to database extraction. Controlled from interface accessible for admin (me).
Have also changed format some and another tweak is likely to come to news.
